Chansey

Which Chansey will be better ? i have now 50 candy and i wanna evolve one, but which ? THX
20lvl 13 14 13 40/45 (88.9%) 822 cp
or
27lvl 7 15 2 24/45 (53.3%) 1085 cp ?

You will of course evolve your level 20 Chansey...

i would assume he is not sure since the second one have 15 in attack ( attack effect more in chancy CP ) and it have higher level

i assume its attack, defense and stamina
then second one would have +15 defense

Walk with your level 27 one until you get 75 more candies, you may hatch a better Chansey, then evolve the better Chansey (if you have one) and power it up. It should be alright to be powered up to level 30 at that time – having enough candies and stardust.

Thx for 3 difrent comment :) with hatching is bad. last 5x 2km eggs from diffrent city and 5 Ekans. 3 x 10 km - 3 Gligar. unlucky :) Yo!

I feel you man, most of my recent 10 km eggs hatch are gligars and some of them are sudo-useless-woodos, man-trash-tines, and skarmories. I recommend you to walk your 53.3% IV chansey until you have enough candies to powerup your lvl 20 89% IV chansey to lvl 30 and during that time just hope for a better wild/hatched chansey and if you didn't get one, you can evolve your lvl 20 chansey and power it up. Edit: Did I say the same thing as the person above?

Assume IV is listed with atk in the middle, it still makes sense to level up the first one. CP gain from the 1 extra IV in attack is outweighed by the extra/combined 17 from def/stm.

If atk is the 1st or last IV, both 7 and 2 are dreadful numbers and first mon is still the better choice.

That's a hard one.
The obvious answer is to go with the good IV one, but you only have 50 candies even after Valentine's Day event, so odds are you're not gonna have the necessary candies to power it up to usable levels. If you evolve the level 27 you're gonna get a usable Blissey now, but you will be limited in terms of CP potential.
Basically, if you wanna use a Blissey now, go for the level 27, but if you have the patience to wait for months for more candies, then go for the good IV one.
