How many of us have gotten the Dragon badge?
I just got mine. I'm wondering how many others have?
Still working on ice (bronze) and I'm still silver in dark, steel, and fighting with a loooong way to go. I'm saving Smoochums since evolving them is the only realistic way for me to ever hit the ice badge.

im gold on everything except one type- ice, which im silver on. i didnt even realize the badge by type thing until i looked at it one day a few months ago. my most recent feats were dark a few days ago (murkrow did not make this easy by constantly popping out), and before that dragon and steel (once i realized i just started going for every magnemite that popped up. the rest of the types were relatively easy. the problem im havin with ice was in gen 1 all the first mon were just water (shellder, seel), so it was difficult catching them. now with swinhub around hes got me to about 135 so hopefully a few more weeks and ill have all the golds for that.
I have it. Have 234 Dragon type caught. The ones I am missing are:
Fighting 157/200
Steel 52/200
Ice 34/50
Ice mon are a nightmare for me, almost all of them I have are from eggs, and I am at level 36 already...Only have seen 2 Swinub since gen2 release (yes you can laugh hahah :D) and the steel ones are the same, a big pain to get for me...I would love to have a Piloswine and Sneasel.
I still need the following
Pikachu (they escape too much, so I often will pass up a pikachu - I may never get this gold)
Tiny Ratatta ( If not for Ditto, I'd gladly never catch another rat - I may never this this gold)
Ice (a little over 1/2 way to the gold - not many Ice mons on my walks to catch)
Fighting (getting close to gold-but I just do see many fighting types on my walks.)
Dark (will get it this weekend if I can get out there in-between the rain drops. I'll be very happy not having to catch any more Murcrow, those escape too much)

For the OP: Do we know if evolving an ice type like Smoochum or an electric like Pichu gives us credit for another mon in the same category? Or is it only counted once when it hatches?
Wow! I didn't realize how vastly different the various biomes were.
I'm at 23 Dragon, and have long assumed that Gen3 will be my first real shot at that gold.
In contrast to OP, I have 401 Ice (of which 202 were Swinubs), 227 Dark, 64 Steel, and 201 Fighting (thanks to a great nest).
Remaining type medals are gold, and I'm at level 34 with 16591 catches+evolves+hatches.
