Question about my vaporeon

Hello guys, I've got a vaporeon 86% with this IVs: 9 attack, 15 defense and 15 stamina. The moveset is water gun and hydro pump. Do you recommend me to level it up or insted try to catch another better?

That Vaporeon is fine power it up! I'd say ~80% IVs is fine plus yours has a great moveset and it's top tier so it's perfect.

Yep, the problem was it attack, that made me doubt whether is a good gym attacker or not. I will power it up, thank you :)
