....and I cannot really figure out whether I want to evolve him into a Slowking or Slobro. I see that both have the same stats but different moves. It also looks like for offense with either you want Con/Psy but their other movesets are different. Is one of them safer in regards to the movesets? I also already have a ton of slowbros and many with good movesets. I already have a 94% Slowking with Con/Psy too but I never use him (should I?). Does one have a better set? Should I just wait to see if anything changes with these evos in the change?I would appreciate any advice or opinions.
He would only have use for me as an attacker for now because his CP is far too low to be competitive in my area.
Slowbro would be safer. It has psychic as one charge move but water pulse also gains STAB and is a fair move on its own right. Defo behind other water moves, but not unusable.
Slowking has fire blast instead which is like the definition of a troll move. There is no scenario on which confusion or water gun can synergise with fire blast.
