I dont think this is THAT bad as defender

I can't really understand your syntax but three things:

A) moves are rated based on how they compare to others that that specific Pokémon can learn. Otherwise there'd be a LOT of Fs.

B) Exeggutor puts out a lot of hurt on defense, especially if it knows Confusion. One of the hardest hitters out there

C) by "Poision" do you mean poison? which would be incorrect as Exeggutor does not learn two bar charge moves let alone poison moves. Unless you used a poison type which isn't a good idea bc Eggy is psychic as well as grass. Correct me if I'm wrong but there are no poison type charge moves with two bars...
