I'm level 30 and his iv are top all 3 and the 2nd best boost. Red team: "Simply amaze HP, att, def, he has excellent stats."

Does that mean 100% IV? Dragon Tail/Outrage though best defensive AND offensive MS, definetely one I am looking for, possibly replacing my Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw one? :))
Anyway if that's 100% that's awesome, best dragonite ever :D
