So last night i visited his gyms with bicycle and captured them and immediatly received txt msg from new phone number:
"Watch out. Strong creature lives in that forest. It has long knife and will beat you up"

Anyways, i just made crime report about this guy.
Cus this is now second time this man contacts me out of nowhere and i never shared my phone number with anyone.
Also i have made rlly long report about current situation for Niantic.
I also told them i have 2 accounts in different teams but never played them same time.
This is my only "cheat" and im not shamed to admit it.
And i hope Niantic starts punishing ppl like they should.
I can always hope that my original account stays and they only ban my secondary account.
I cant hope anything good for this person.
First because he finds my phone number and threat me
Secondly, he has access for total 6 different accounts.
And still for those persons who blame me for cheating.
I made instinct account because instinct spoofers also attacked my gyms.
For me its much more easier to throw instinct pokemon inside than beat down gym and then watch how spoofers will retake it in seconds.
Without spoofers, my second account wouldnt even exist.
and yes, i did always report them and nothing happend to them.

Your questions is akin to what's worst? Killing 1 person or 6 people? In the eye of law, they are the SAME!
If you cheat and justify it with reasons like because other people do it too, then you are still a cheat. Doesn't change that fact.
Just like those soldiers who massacred Jews in the camps. Because they were ordered to. It doesn't give them the right to take another's life just because they were "ordered" to do it.
You need to understand that man who only kills 1 person will not sit long time in jail.
Man who kills 6 persons will sit loooong time in jail.
Thats how life works.
Anyways, your opinion is: both players should be banned, and you dont need to write long wall of txt about jews.

if niantic reads their reports, then they have all the reasons ban my instinct account or ban both of my accounts.

I have no interest to make new secondary account anymore.

if my main account gets banned, then also this yellow person should get banned: for account sharing and that threat msg he sent for me.
I think this person will start new account, just have feeling.

dude here my honest opinion... i know that feeling... i being add in 1 instinct wassup group... i have this feeling... this never be my team... some of the team have second acc(dif team) , they self claim this area , own only by the team inside group... they will kick any player they dont know... sad right? leave the group and play solo... even i being kick, fight the sppofer from other team... i still fight till the end... i have to many pokemon fainted, i dont have any revive... but i will never play like them... dont worry man i hope police will caught the crazy person... ps sorry with my bad english
As I said before, I have also encountered this insane players. Once when I was taking down a remote gym in the middle of the night a strange car with foreign number plats rolled up beside me and confronted me. The guy in the car told me to scram and made visible a crowbar next to him. I scrambled and the gym was built up to 10 again with several 3000+ dragonites.
Same dude followed me the other night, creeping along the backroads real slow probably hatching eggs and getting buddy distans. I'm scared as hell and have started carrying a knuckle-duster for protection. I won't back down for this guy, I still take his gyms sometime but leave emoty in fear he know my account name. Someone told me his accont name and he cheats too, has 5+ accounts with max-out Dragon and T-Rex.
seriusly? its just a game man, so crazy... again... SO CRAZY... its just a gym right? why so serius... just relax... if me... i just leave alone other player take down my team gym... after that, come again and rebuild the gym from scrap, a gym mean to build and down again and build again... sory bad english again
There are two aspects, which are clearly distinctable.
(1) Doing something, that is not allowed by niantic - cheating
(2) A physical threat.
I see a clear priorization and would go to police with information about the physical threat. You have a telephone number, and they should be able to find that person.
I do not think, they need account name and niantic to identify this person, as a telephone number should be sufficient.
Besides all - i personal do not mind when a player plays multiple accounts, as long as he does not use them to throw out and replace the bottom pokemon in a gym.
If you can't beat them, join them - but making the spoofer's team [that annoys you] even stronger is a questionable tactics.
I think everyone has to deal with spoofers and second accounters all the time.
But not everyone creates another account and makes the problem worst...and cheats themselves.
The physical threats should be reported if serious enough to both cops and Niantic, but yeah, it's a game and most people in life, I feel, are *@#**!$ in general.
Maybe it's the general feel of society where people don't need community and a lot of people don't have enough, etc. etc etc...All for a diff discussion of course...
That said, both are cheating and could get you banned so I'd send Niantic a note to delete one account and just play legit again.

well i made crime report about this guy and also report for niantic where i explain current situation and i also mentioned both of my accounts in that report and told them they are free to ban instinct account or welcome to ban both accounts, whatever they feel is punishment enough.

and i also wait what police gona do, cus i never needed to make crime report about anyone, so i will see how this thing works out.
and yes, my main account is 34 and instinct is 27.
If you compare them accounts, you would clearly see that instinct account is much worst and i lose nothing if they delete it.
