Tyranitar B/FB - C rating?
Tyranitar with B/FB is rated C, while B/SE is rated A for attack.
Now, FB delivers 140 damage, while SE only 125 (100+25% STAB). I understand that FB is 2 seconds slower, but does it warrant FB a C rating? I think not, it should be B. I am missing anything? Anyone else share this opinion?

Also, I believe GamePress takes the current Meta into consideration. So there are probably more "gym defenders" and mons in Gen 1 & 2 who are weak to SE (rock) than FB (fire).
And if you take STAB and Super Effectiveness into the equation, Stone Edge is 100x25%STABx25%SE=156.xx which is higher than FB at 140.
I think it's warranted...2 seconds slower of the charge move in cool down is 4 more bite attacks...yielding another 24 damage (not really, but you get the idea, and with damage rounding, you always getting the +1 too)...That's more than FB which you won't be able to dodge with and you can probably dodge all moves with SE as well.
Fire is also pretty useless against common defenders like Vaps, Rhydon, Dragonite, etc...
