I hatched an 84.4℅iv aerodactyl during Halloween event with bite and hyperbeam. Is it a good pokemon to attack gyms ? Should I power up , since I got double candies?

Vaporeons and laprases in the gyms, so aerodactyls not very useful. imo

It looks impressive but it's a pretty mediocre Poke sadly.

It's probably not bad against Snorlax, but being weak to Fire, Water and Ice leaves it a niche attacker and a poor defender.
