I was having probs with my wireless then switched to mobile data and it went through. was weird though...

I'm still on old version on iOS and I have been experiencing a lot of weird laggy problems like this the past few days*, so it is not directly related to the update.

*Slow log-ins and failure to log-in.
*Sightings going blank like I'm driving, but while I am standing still.
*Gym lag where the defender stops doing anything for 10+ seconds, then all that damage is dealt at once killing my attacker and blowing half way through the next.
*Tapping on a wild pokemon and freezing for 10+ seconds before it goes to the catch screen.

Hi, I have the exact same problem since yesterday morning. Seems like the update picked out random phones and decided they wouldnt work anymore ? I believe niantic is aware of this

My wife got the same problem few weeks ago, still "failed to log in". I cleared cache, reinstalled the app, don't works.
But I can log in on her phone an she can on mines. I'll not relate this to app update.
