Best fire type now?

Flareon Fire Spin/Overheat Arcanine Fire Fang/Flamethrower or Fireblast Charizard Fire Spin/Overheat

Or otherwise?

I think all of these are capable of wrecking any grass type, but as far as Blissey is concerned, I think I might prefer Flareon>Charizard>Arcanine because I'm simply unsure if Arcanine can finish the job in time, despite being the tankiest of the 3.

I'd agree with your rankings. Eevee's fire type evolve tops them all. Personally... I prefer Charizard. He's the coolest among them.

I have both a ember/fireblast and a FS/O and in practice i have better luck with the E/FB but that might be just because i have had it longer and have better rhythm with it.

haven't leveled my charizard so can't comment on that.
I think i like my arcanine more then my flareons though.

You are probably better off with any SoB exeggutor against blissey, as he's tankier and resists blissey's attacks. If you insists on using a fire type, then yes, flareon is probably the best one to use.

Prefer Arcanine, deals less DPS but is durable enough to deal more damage in the long run against multiple Mon. Haven't battled a high level Blissey with any fire types yet so I don't know how well they will do
