Should I dust?

Just hatched a Lapras this morning,
CP 1536 84 I.V.s WG/HP #52 Candies
So wondering if I should spend the dust to get him up near my 30th lvl Vapoereons?

Or keep the candy for my 30th lvl 95 IV Lapras with IS/IB.

I would personally use the stardust on the legacy moveset which is better than WG/HP. WG/HP isn't really a good moveset for Lapras.

No reason to power up a water Lapras when you have tons of great Vaporeons with higher stats and CP.

Save the candy till the end of the event to see if you get another Lapras with Frost Breath/Blizzard or Frost Breath/Ice Beam that you can use for attacking.

If you don't get a good Frost Breath Lapras during these hightened water spawns, then you can feel more comfortable spending the candy on your legacy Ice Shard/Ice Beam Lapras.

42 IV with is/ib

70 IV with is/bliz

82 IV with fb/bliz

93 IV with is/bliz

Got lucky on the week before 2Gen with a back to back egg hatch of two Lapras, just after a wild snorlax. But can't seem to get a Dragonite to save my life.
