what do you suggest for the best outcome

Hi all , where i live spawns and pokestops is limited , so to get the best of the water event am going to one of the following places
1- water and grass biome ( in regular days it have water monst. mainly )but not much spawns and one pokestop
2- many pokestops mixed spawns regularly including limited no of water type but the number of spawns is way bigger

from experience which one would you choose to make the best out of this oppurtinuty speically that i am missing lapras and would like to collect enough candies for a gyardo ?

Can't say maybe check out both to see the sample size?

would love to , but mostly wont be able as i need to travel specially and both is in different ways , i will try to go both but in case i couldn't i prefer to go to the better one first

Go to the spot with more mons and more poke stops, which is number 2. There will be water mons there.

2...wherever will allow you the most spawns and also allow you to reload. i would also check the nest map to see if there is anything desired nearby.

i was also leaning towards 2 , since people saying water is spawning outside the biome and since reloading is much needed when you going for a big hunt like that , good hunt every one :)

Go to water biomes, everything else will come! You could always play the event half at a biome and half somewhere inland.

But just chase Magicarp, and everything else should fall in line.

Option 2.

Interesting fact: I live in a water/grass biome with a big lake and a city with about 80k inhabitants near me.
The city spawns more Magikarps than the places right at the lake. Both places have plenty of PokéStops.

The feedback was as following ,
Insane spawning rate , magikarb and evees was the most , nothing too special sadly no lapras or snorlax ( didn't expect snorlax but one would hope ) got myself a milk tank and Mani tyy over all was good , squirtel is very rare still and near impossible to catch , even if it is low cp
