EVENT: Water Festival, and what I know!

Weather been good, but today was in the 30's, decided not to play, and an event takes place...go figure. Ran out for a few things on my nearby (Lapras mainly), and to do a little gym work, but I didn't play for that long.

From the info I could gather:

moderate squirt/war/blast spawns above average wag/whirl spawns did not see wrath spawns above average cool/cruel spawns above average poke/bro spawns above average seel spawns moderate horsea spawns did not see seadra spawns moderate staryu/starmie spawns margicarp in biomes seem to be average, but increased in other areas inland moderate gyarados spawns lapras is spawning in an insane amount, in & out of biomes, could catch 1 or more on foot an hour, on sightings a few times above average vaporeon spawns above average omanyte spawns did not see omastar spawns moderate toto/croco/gatr spawns above average chin/lantern spawns above average marill/azuma spawns wish corsola would spawn, I'd run outside half sleep in pajamas above average mantine spawns above average drat/d'nair spawns
