Best attacking moveset for Gengar?

I thought it was shadow ball/ shadow call by GP says its shadowball and sludge? Could sworn they had it swapped the other day... Any advice on best? I have a legacy gengar with the SB/SC moveset and it wrecks.
2nd question is so I power up him or go for alakazam as my glass cannon attacker?

My phone auto corrected and that's obviously suppose to be shadow CLAW

Alakazam has more uses as an attacker but I enjoy using gengar with sc/sb for attacking so whichever you prefer.

The Attackers tier list has not been updated yet. I would wait and see which gengar moveset tops the list

Yeah moveset rankings aren't up-to-date yet. I'd expect SC & ShB/SlB to both get an A, but I'm looking forward to seeing it to make sure.
