Pillowswine

This is more of a statement than a question. Evolved my first pillowswine and got powder snow and avalanche. Then he met a Dragonite and dominated. I would say pillowswine can be added to the list of Dragonite prestigers. Anyone else agree

Some say she is more effective than Lapras... I haven't try it yet!

Piloswine with Powder Snow + Avalanche is awesome against Dragonite (I have one at 1859 CP an another at 1638 CP).

To use him as as prestiger, I am hunting Swinubs in the CP range 370 to 410 to evolve into Piloswine.

Cool! Swinubs are everywhere here these days. I have generally avoided catching too many because they cost 50 to evolve, but I just evolved a number of them today (not gonna save my candies anymore!) and got:

Ice Shard/Avalanche (best one - lvl 23, 73%)
Ice Shard/Avalanche
Powder Snow/Bulldoze
Powder Snow/Avalanche
Powder Snow/Bulldoze
Powder Snow/Stone Edge

Dragonites beware! I wonder if there is any point in powering up one of them? I suppose not, especially given that I don't have a high IV one.

If your area is like mine, there will be so many Swinub's around that powering up would be a waste - you're bound to catch a few high level/IV ones eventually. Also, if you're thinking ahead, it's worth noting that Piloswine evolves in gen 4. You could power ones up now then evolve them later and get rubbish moves, so probably better to save your dust.

I can't test this because I have caught just 2 Swinub, they are very rare on my area, and I am upset that you can't even hatch them from eggs...

It kills dragonite in less than 20 sec with half its cp.
Power snow charges up the energy in like 5x and you can release avalanche.
The swin is so common in here that is like the rattata in the old days.

Piloswine* is dope! Not as good as in a duel like Lapras, but it's attack stat is higher, and base stats are good. Best set, ISxAv, which Av isn't better than Blizzard, but it's great. I've been trying hard for a PSxAv, to no avail the last month. ?

Not really because his health is soo low. Your dead after only killing 1 Dragonite.

I've managed to evolve two Piloswine's with good IV's (89.9 and 91%) that both have PS/A.

I enjoy using them once in awhile when prestiging a gym with a high CP Dragonite. I wouldn't depend on it when trying to take more than one Dragonite out. It's low health is what keeps it from being a top tier Dragonite attacker for me, personally.

Don't let my comment deter you from trying to obtain that with that moveset. I do enjoy battling with him and he is very potion friendly so that's a plus.
