being the first one to catch a Pokemon give any advantage ?

i noticed something , that when you are the first one to catch a Pokemon ( assuming you know it is ) it have way better chances to have higher level , does any one notice this or any thing similar to that ?

No. The level of the mon is fixed to the player level, all players of the same level get the same mon. (Levels 30+ the same)

sorry if i wasnt clear enough , i meant if the trainer is level 27 he can catch a l27 or less , do catching earlier give an edge to catch the max cap

I think they're randomly distributed, so a lvl. 20 player would get something 1 - 20 average 10 while a lvl. 30 player would get something 1 - 30 average 15. Still no, go grind some Pidgey and level up.

I don't thin it's evenly distribute.
When you encounter a lot of rare, you would get low cp mons.

But when you don't encounter many rare in a while, the first one you get will have a high level cp.

And when you log in in the middel of nowhere just because some people told you there is a snorlax or a tyranitar, it will be a level 1 mon or very low level ...

I totally agree , i caught dragonite and joltean couple of days a part , both i didnt have , and both was 26 ( my level ) and both came from un busy area , also caught a rhydon ( just spawn while i was waiting so i was the first one to caught ) also was the same level as i am
