Can Poliwrath Pinsir or PrimeApe kill Blissey ?

Definitely impossible with only one Pokémon, but Poliwrath may work with dodging if not facing the one with ZH/DG.

Poliwrath can against pound and HB blissey, if anything you can check tripledex

I use them when I have to Prestige a Blissey and they work, just have to use 2 of them since I'm aiming for half CP and they aren't very durable at low levels

I use my Primeape to prestige against Blissey sometimes. He always faints but gets the Blissey low enough so that another can finish her.

It's always very close to timing out though.

Ran it through my simulator and found that a higher-level Poliwrath can take down a P/PS blissey. Specifically, a level 30 Poliwrath (2093 CP) with Bubble/Submission can beat a level 25 Blissey (2299 CP) with Pound/Psychic by dodging charge moves.

[Another edit: I also just checked Primeape. A similar level Primeape can eek out a victory over a Blissey with Pound/Psychic, but not one with Hyper Beam. And a Pinsir of the same level as above can't get it done with Rock Smash/Submission, but has a chance to pull out a victory with Fury Cutter/X-Scissor]

It depends on the blissey/snorlax. I have a primeape with KChop/CChop, 1639 CP. He cannot kill a level 30 blissey on his own, but it's a way to lower blissey's live very quickly and let someone else finish off​the job. I have managed to beat lower level blisseys.
Regarding Snorlax, it's an easier contest. More useful against Snorlax.
Just for your interest. I didn't power mine up. I caught it wild.

I use primeapes to prestige blisseys. I can almost get max prestige with 2 on 1. It might be possible under ideal cp levels?
