Pain Memories: Can I ask what is the most devastating (heartbreaking) evolution for everyone?
Top 5 are: 1. 96 IV SW/DP D-Nite (1st Dragonite evolution back then I wanted a DB so badly :P luckily had some evolution luck after that) Dragonite, 2. 85 IV Rhydon RS/MH (Just eff Mega Horn Rhyhorns are so rare that was my 1st evo wanted MS/Eq or SE ) 3. 95 IV B/Twister Gyarados (caught the Magikarp at level 30 came close to trashing it so many times, but luckily it's still in a gym), 4. 90 IV RT/RB Golem (Just evolved a few days ago still bitter.), 5. 96 IV Flareon E/FT (came close to transferring it so many times...)

- Dragonite with db/dc. I drove hours and walked hundreds of km and evolved and caught 12 steel wing. Was very close to quitting at times hearing how some people had several fully maxed out.
- Machamp. My first evo was karate chop/cross chop. Since then I've evolved 9 more and it's been all crap. Mostly bp/submission. Except my most recent now that I want c/dp. I got bp/hs
I watched my friend evolved his magikarp into gyarados with twister, it was heartbreaking even for me who watched, but can't help but laugh at him soon after. My worst one was dragonite with SW/HB which is even worse than SW/DP. Luckily my second Dragonite, recently evolved, got DT/H although I would be happier had it got DT/OR.
1) My first (and still only) dragonite with SW/HB. Dratinis are very rare in my area so I have only caught 3 in the wild and hatched 4 (2 after 2ng Gen came out).
2) 3 Gyarados with B/Twister. Haven't enough candy for the 4th one.
On the good side, I have an army of Rhyhorns with all possible movesets and high IVs. I live in a desert biome.
Come to San Francisco Bay Area for a vacation.
Spend all day walking the bay trail near The Golden Gate Field Race track and catch enough Magikarp and Dratini to make you happy forever. Lots of all sorts of Water mons.
The spend another day at Fisherman's Warf, so many mons and Poke stops, you'll want to faint.
Spend another day at Golden Gate park, by this time your index finger will be raw from throwing so many pokeballs you'll cry while at the same time laughing at all the glory.
