The best moveset of Gengar

Hello, I would like to know the best moveset of attacking Gengar.
I see Gengar's page but it has not been updated yet. Which one is the best?
- Shadow claw/Sludge bomb *Legacy moveset
- Shadow claw/Shadow ball
- Hex/Shadow ball

Shadow Claw / Sludge Bomb is the #2 offensive moveset for Gengar, it's roughly 96% of the damage of Claw/Shadow Ball -- and sludge bomb has the advantage of being unresisted by popular defenders like Snorlax and Blissey.

I kept à lvl 26 SC/SBomb (with average IV), you think it could do the job VS Blissey?

I've never really tried to attack anything with my Gengar mainly because of his low HP but if you think he's a good one, I may give him a try next time.
