Will spoofing be taken care of?
Has anyone had any luck with spoofers being banned?
I have not been able to get in a gym in our area for the last 3 days and it sucks! We have over 10 gyms in a mile radius and no one can attack any of them. Really makes me want to quit cannot get any coins anymore. I have reported him twice but he has over 20 accounts so doesnt help much.

Niantic sucks at this, they say ''weve been fighting for years in ingress and made progress'' bullshit they dont or they dont care because see them as customers
so yeah nothing you can do
all you can hope is android developers to apply the mock fix in the system to more versions of android so all smarthphones can have that update
it will be one step closer, it will make the spoofers not want to update, do a custom update, use older phone which wont be updated, but it will definately reduce the number of spoofers because the reason there is a lot is because is easy to do not because is hard
Wow i just searched on Google for what is spoofer and ive been seen its on youtube. Its like PoGo since the game had been started. Free to go with control ... I did think spoofer is the ones who used radar or 3rd party app, and i thought this spoofing had been stopped since september 2016 ? How its come back?

The spoofer in my area who has 50+ accounts and 50 gyms has been way less active lately. Not sure if hes tired of dealing with me and 5K battle girl badge or hes just tired of the game.
What I do know is that training is much more difficult now and requires enormous resources vs attacking gyms has become comparatively easier. Defending gyms is now much more difficult for sure. If you have a local spoofer its a good time to go on the offensive. I havnt really fought much since they took prestige back to 1K max but am currently fighting much more. The way I see it is I want the spoofer to put in more work then me, I see it as a battle of attrition.
Out of curiosity, what's your proof of this? I spend 1-2 hours per day tending to my PKM account (not counting time on this site!) and am just at level 33, I just can't see how what you write is possible for 1 person. So what if someone has ability to teleport anywhere there's a quality mon - you still have to catch it - and do this for ALL 50 of your accounts (before it despawns?). And get all your accounts up to level 30+ to have high-enough defenders to matter? And spend time monitoring all 50 of your gyms? Maybe there should be a spoofer medal (LOL!) cause this guy would certainly have earned it. And thumbs up to you for fighting the good fight and keep kicking him out.
My guess at this point was that he was an unemployed IT guy who just got a job this last week or two. Ive actually seen him a couple times last summer before he started spoofing. I work nearby my home and there are gyms I can see from both. Ive obviously came across many local players and spoken to them. Also when Poketrack worked I could see activity on gyms without being there, this is when I really saw what was going on. I watched him bubble strat to 10 with low level accounts, then take the gym down one and put a large mon up, untill he had 10 big mons up from larger accounts(thats 20 accounts I saw just that one time). I even tried to form a atk group to meet weekly (not enuff players for it to work :(). Theres reddit pages about this guy with many many people complaining.
You are right tho there could be more than one but I think its one mainly. When I say 50 accounts some are low level for bubble strat only, others are big accounts for gym holders and others are to take down gyms(red/blue hes yellow) I leave behind crippled. None of his accounts are level 37 except his main spoof account. Truthfully the reason why he has all these accounts is cuz my gameplay forced him to build them to efficiently deal with me and the other local mystic players. I live for PVP.
