Dragonite wait or power up?

Hey guys I have a dragonite 88.8% Lvled up w DB+DC and a second dragonite 89.8% DT+H
Should I level up the newest dragonite or keep saving for a better move set?

Have the same thing and powered this thing up to almost max. Its probably the 2nd best moveset now obtainable, with only a really small gap to DT O in either offense and defense. I like, that H is so fast and really hard to dodge. DT hits like a truck anyway. DB-DC would be the only moveset, that I would clearly favor, because it is sooo much easier to dodge with a DB D-nite. Anyway, it will give you an awesome defender as well as a very powerful, but difficult to use attacker.

Wow. Yes. Power up. You might get Steel Wing next time around. Hurricane is decently difficult to dodge

DB/DB I predict will be the best combo for PVP. That moveset is so OP for pumping tons of damage while being able to dodge and it's legacy so I'm super jelly

I would power it up, the probability of rolling on DT/O IS 1/6, you might just get DT/H again. I don't think the difference in charge attacks is significant enough to present a sound reason not to power it up (in my opinion)

My guess is that DB/DC gets nerfed for PVP. I think it will be good but I think the new movesets with gen 3/gym rework will be better. The reason why is they need us to keep collecting dratini and hatching eggs. Remember they want us to catch them all not stop catching them. Completely unfounded guess and I have multiple monster DB/DC so Id love to see them dominate but I just dont see a reason why Niantic would do that.
For those players that already have DBDC and DTOR and DTH should consider saving their evolvable dratini.
