100IV Rhdyon RS/EQ or 93 IV MS/EQ? Which to power up?

I have 3 level 20 Rhydons and I want to level JUST ONE of them.

Rhydon 1: 100% IV, Rock Smash / Earthquake

Rhydon 2: 93 % IV (14/14/14), Mud Slap / Earthquake

Rhydon 3: 90% IV (14/14/14) Mud Slap / Stone Edge

Which of the 3 would you max power up and why?

I have enough dust and candy to level two of them but I only want to level just one.

Mud Slap/Stone Edge. Rock moves are great now.
Check it: http://pogomoves.com/check.php?lang=en&pkmn=Rhydon&basic=Mud+Slap&charge=Stone+Edge

You want snorlax or blissey as defender.

Anything else is just max cp to get higher spot than snorlaxes or blisseys.

Rhydon has little lower max cp than snorlax.
So i would power up 100% one and hope there isnt any 100% snorlaxes in the gym.

(Personally i would power up all of them)

Rock Smash currently presents no advantage except for it's slightly shorter cooldown. Due to mud slaps stab, rock smash only does better insinuations where both:
1. The defender resists ground AND
2. The defender is weak to fighting

(E.g. Gen 3's shiftry)

Other than that, it comes down to if you want a rock type charge attack that deals more damage per second, or a ground type charge attack that deals more damage.

The only thing the 100iv rhydon has over the other two is a higher gym placement

I would go for the 100 IV , higher placement if you put it as a defender , and rock smash do better than mud slap with snorlax which is my personal view ( every gym have couple of them )

Rock smash is not better than mud slap. The multiplier for STAB and type advantage is the same, and mud slap has a bit more DPS than rock smash. This means that there is absolutely no reason to have rock smash over mud slap.

If #3 is actually 14/14/14, then I would choose this as a dual defender/attacker. Stone Edge is extra nasty for both.

If you just want to high place in a gym, then obviously #1.

The choice is what charge move, as mud slap is better (I am 0/4 on Rhydon getting mud slap, so I gave up and powered up a rock smash).

Stone edge is the one I would power up. Ground is nice as ampharos may start appearing in gyms (possibly volt switch jolteon too, depending on your area), so I would keep that to prestige. Stone Edge is a very nice move on offense and is (in my opinion) the most difficult 1bar charge move to dodge. MS/SE could either be an attacker or defender.

When its about rhydon-defender its all about cp.. cause its not good defender at all. So power up the 100% and you can place him high in gyms.. just that
