Exeggutors - Power Up Two?

Hi guys. So i hatched a 100% Exeggcute and evolved a Zen/ Solar Beam Exeggutor. Before this i was powering up another one 87% with Zen/Psychic but stoped with 2274cp. Should i keep powering only the 100% to max or both?. Since both have offensive movesets i guess one of them will be useless.

What level are you? I'm pretty OCD so I would go with the 100% as your current Exeggutor is already rather good as it is, doesn't really require powering up.

I was in a similar situation myself, I had 2250 CP Exeggutor at something like 73% IV with Zen Headbutt/Solar Beam, but I powered up a 1200 CP Exeggutor with the same moveset as it had 93% IV.

Also, my strategy has been to power up 2 of each competitive Pokémon, one for defense and one for offense.

Hey. Now i am 30k XP to reach level 30. Yea i think i will keep him (87%) the way he are and power the 100% to full power. I want to power up 2 of each competitive Pokémon too, one for defense and one for offense like you said.
