I need some help.
Which one, if any, would you evolve?

88.9 I want to save as much stardust as possible.

Agreed, the IV difference is minimal and you'd be saving a good chunk of stardust. Good luck getting Dragon Tail.

Thanks! Was thinking the same thing myself, but I guess I had to hear it from someone else.

I have one 91% with Dragon Tail/Hurricane (1800 cp. Worth powering up, btw?). Aiming for DT/Outrage this time.

I honestly prefer DT-Hurricane for attacking, but it comes down to preference. The DPS is very similar, and you can dodge much more efficiently with Hurricane.

I already have a 100% DB/DC and a 100% DB/HB, so a defensive one would be very nice!

well, all the Dragon Tail movesets are currently optimal for both attack and defense, so I would hope for that.

It seems you already have two 100iv dragonites. Wait for another 100iv dratini before evolving.
I myself have never found a 100iv dratini.

Yeah, I've been very lucky with those. Both wild spawns, 7 months apart, not the same city.
But high IV Dratini doesn't spawn too often. Even if I get a 3rd 100% before 2018, collecting candy for two won't be a problem.

It depends. If you want to save stardust, go for the higher level one. If you don't fight gyms a lot and instead want a small team of elite mons that you max out, then go for the one who will have the highest CP when maxed (use the CP calculator because IVs alone don't always tell you this). The extra CP is very valuable when maxing out mons above L30.

Seems like you got a good dratini source. I wouldn't evolve any of those dratinis yet. Wait for great. I have never evolved a dratini lower than 96% IV. I have great access to dratinis in my area. Seems like you do too.

But if you must I would evolve the 93% IV if you have the dust. I assume you got plenty of candies.
