Poison grasses - either worth powering up?

I finally hatched another bellsprout and oddish today and evolved a 97.8% Vileplume and 95.6% Victreebel...

The Vileplume came with acid and moonblast :(
The Victreebel came with acid and sludge :(

With these poor movesets are they worth powering up or is it back to the grind? Grasses are rare round here...

both dont have good movesets so dont power them up. anything with solar beam is pretty good.

Hey acid/sludge victribel is the best DPS poison pokemon in game, i wouldnt waste dust in him but i dont think hes useless

Thanks - I might use him as a niche defender in high level gyms or attack

The Vileplume is useless with moonblast, but the Victreebel is still very capable with acid/sludge.

It's definitely not as good as razor leaf/(solar beam|leaf blade) but it's usable as an attacker!

I wouldn't power up any Vileplume or Victreebel though. They just aren't top tier enough for stardust.

Thanks - such a waste of such good IVs with the Vileplume.

I just evolved a 97.8% Vileplume with the exact same garbage moveset. Ugh! C'est la vie.
