How good is legacy machamp?

I have 2 machamps both with 66.7 IV and they have karate chop/cross chop and I know those moves were recently buffed so I was wondering how good this moveset is compared to the new stuff?
I've evolved 7 machamps with some sort of steel move to my everlasting dismay and frustration so I figured I'd try to fight/prestige blissey with these moves but was wondering if they are worth the dust also.
Has anyone tested these?

I guess C/DP > C/CC > KC/CC, but KC/CC performs almost the same as C/CC, its nice too.

I don't think so. I don't have a C/CC machamp, but I have heracross with the same moveset and they are pretty much the same thing for what I hear. I also have a KC/CC machamp. The heracross is a million times better then the machamp. C have less EPS than KC, but counter DPS is much better. And Close combat have the same DPE than cross chop, but better DPS, at least for me it is better.

Both are great IMO. You need 100 energy to use Close Combat and only 50 energy for Cross Chop; Cross Chop is faster, better for dodge and i like it ( i prefer two bars moves).
2 Cross Chops = 100 damage per 100 energy, while a single Close Combat = 100 damage per 100 energy too, same thing but worse for dodgers. DPS is nothing for me and the DPE is the same, sometimes you can finish the battle before use a single Close Combat while you need spam 50% less quick attacks to use Chop.

I have Machamps with KC/S and C/CC. Charge move aside, I can say for certain that Counter is the better fast move of the two. It's so important to dodge because Machamp is generally good against those with Psychic moves, and Counter makes for better dodging than KC.

Anything with Counter and/or Dynamic Punch will do more DPS. Just by going off damage, the ranks are:
(1) C/DP - (100%)
(2) C/CC - (91.9%)
(3) C/HS - (85.4%)
(4) BP/DP - (84.6%)
(5) KC/CC - (79.8%)
etc.
