You dont have hyperbeam!!! With hyperbeam i would have said power it up for fun :)

Hyperbeam would be best for attacking a gym... if you want him as defender then this is the best moveset.

If I saw a gym with a fully powered ratticate I don't think I would attack. Would be sad to kick it out.

I got a 100% Beedrill with Bug Bite/Sludge Bomb. I know dat feel.

I have a perfect Eevee that I am so tempted to max out just to troll gyms.

That's not even close to a good move set... I would transfer it for the 2 candy bonus

For arenas thats the best Defender moveset.
