Guys, what about Kingra?

Hello everyone I've just evolved a Kingra with water gun and outrage, I was wandering if it worth powering it up. Which are the best movesets? And how would you use a kingdra like that?

A mixed move Kingra is something I dread getting.

2 Water Moves, and you have have a great fire killer who will double resist.

Anything else, is really just meh. There's something that does the same job better than Kingra.

Double dragon moves are also not bad and can be used against fire or water mons.

In all honesty, probably not.

Kingdra has a great type combination but doesn't really have a way to utilize it. The double resist to fire is nice, but even with it, all Vaporeons in any situation will still be more durable and do more damage. Hang on to him in case he gets a stats buff, but otherwise I would just save the dust for something stronger.
