82.11 iv hp 11 - attk 11 - def 15 cp 791 lvl 20
i am currently level 26 have 62 candy this is my first and mostly last blissy , i only caught once , hatched once , rest is V Day in my area 2500 may get you to upper middle in a gym , 2200 to stay in 7th or 6 place , i prefer not to walk her as a buddy

i agree , it is better over all one but will be at the bottom of the gym no questions here , so it will be shaved easily and make the gym harder to prestige my team is a minority here and the only chance is to help doing a lvl 10 and hope people will add monst ,
and for not walking it , i have couple of evoloutins that is pending on couple of candy , so i am walking them plus it is 5 k for one candy
but again is the 51 IV ( which will give higher CP ) not viable ? or it is kind of now usage and mostly no future benefit ?
I agree with drizzle. I'd go with the one with better IVs and set her as my buddy and start walking.
I was sort of in the same situation as you and could only really invest in one Blissey. So I evolved it, powered it up as high as I could and set it as my buddy. If you are only going to have one for the foreseeable future, you're going to want to pick the one that will get you the highest CP possible.
I never power up anything below 82% IV. I have made exceptions for very rare pokemon (rare for me, extremely rare in my area). That was an 80% exeggutor.
If you want a long term good defender evolve the highest IV chansey. But don't stop just there and power it up to your level (and then bring it up to level 30 as you go levelling up).
This strategy is worth it with only a few defenders. Blissey is currently the number 1
