A Suggestion
People complain about living where there are few poke-stop, and I agree. It's unbalanced. But I have a suggestion to fix this: Could Niantech implement a change where pokestop drop rate is based on stop density? If there's a pokestop one mile or more away from another stop, it could drop 10 items. Stops next to eachother should only drop one potion always. Tired of lazy city players living on top of stops bragging about their dragonites. Thoughts?

The unlimited pokeballs would be a bad business decission. But how about using the buddy system? Make the wanted item your "buddy" and for each 1 km get a Poke Ball, 5 km for a Great Ball, 10-20 km for the Ultra Ball. Similar for revives and potions. Maybe some other items too? (The distances should probably be longer, it's just an example.)
