when you are evolving do you think when the best attribute is Attack chances is Higher for better moveset ? what other indications you use personally ?

It is random, with each moveset having an equal chance.
Stats don't make a difference in what moveset you will get.

yeah i know that , but personally i sometime chose the once with high , just in case it do any effect lol , my luck is the worst around 3 Machamp with bullet , really annoying , specially with the blessy fest

If it makes you feel better, I have evolved 5 useless Machamp since Gen2 dropped.
