Comparing Pokemon for Prestige Purposes

Double Check my Logic.
Jolteon vs Raichu

If thier CPs are the same, it's only spread of the stats that are going to be different. Raichu will be higher level. Jolteon will have slightly more attack. Raichu will have slightly more hp.

Would the Spark + Wild Charge Raichu or the Shock + Bolt Jolteon win.

Case 2: Snorlax vs Wiggly (yes thier CP is indentical

1454 Snorlax 164 hps Lick/Hyper 15 hp 0 att 0 def level 17
vs
1454 Wiggy 208 hps pound/hyper 15 hp 11at 11 def
level 28

Now Lick generates more energy, and even with the zero attack score, the snorlax has to have more attack to end up with the same CP despite less hps. So which one would do more damage?

At a glance, the Snorlax has to have higher attack and defense to go with its lower hps.

Jolteon is clearly the superior pokemon. However when you are prestige you are comparing CP limited mons.

Jolteon's spread of stats mean to have similiar CP

Another follow up as I adjust my Prestige Team

Anyone try Bubble + Hydropump Poliwrath instead of the bazillion Water Gun + Hydro Pumpers.

Bubble does same DPS and generates more EPS but im worried about whether the extra energy is worth the reduced dodge flexibility

Bubble + Hydro Pump is efficient against Tyrantiar, without letting it use Stone Edge or Fire Blast. And it can still receive several Crunches due to the 1.25 (STAB) times 0.8 (not very effective) equals 1 damage.

You analasis seems logical, but you seem to overlook the CPM. Especially in the snorlax vs wiggly, that would be most impactfull. In this scenarios I tend to chose higher level-lower base stats pokemon, from the math I've seen so far they perform better.
