Dragonites moveset ranking still under review?

Just noticed the last update on GP. It lists the finalized move rankings for several mons. And also lists under review including Dragonite. Hmmm. Will DB/DC go up another notch or two?

I wish GP would start on some other Pokemon other than Dragonite.

...but but but...I own one now, so it just became relevant for me.

aSp I'm hoping you got Dragon Tail/ Outrage! Did you get a good moveset? Are you going to walk the Nite to power it up??

I got DT/HyperBeam.
I am just glad I got DT....it could have been a lot worse.

And yes, my little dratini is still my buddy and will be for a while.
I have a few Lax candy in reserve, and Chansey candy is not going to be a problem for a while - so my dratini and I will be buddies for a while yet.

Lol Dratini looks incredibly ugly you should buddy up the majestic Dragonair instead! What are you going to do w/ that moveset? Offense? Defense?

Ok, so he might not be as stunningly majestic as Dragonair, but he is still a mega cutiepie.

Larvitar > Dratini, Dragonair > Pupitar, Dragonite > Tyranitar (based on looks Tyranitar looks pretty ugly in this game ... l o l)

The only Dragonair I have ever owned, was the one that became my DNite, so I will keep going with the tiny tini that has been with me for soooo long.
My plan is to use him as part of my attack line up, when appropriate...my defense team is fairly strong at the moment.

Gyarados, Tyranitar, and Rhydon also still in review. There are so many movesets now, some with two sets of legacy moves such as Gyarados that it's probably very difficult and time consuming to come up with rankings. There's been a lot of debate here on movesets that I wouldn't be surprised if there's similar debates going on within GP.

Dragonite is the most popular mon, so much care needs to go into the rankings, especially given that some moves are so close in performance. But I still believe DB/DC is the ultimate attack moveset for Dnites. It's perfect for a mon with high base attack stat and which isn't the most tankiest. Due to its nimble nature of DB/DC I think it's perfect for a mon with medium HP level like Dnite to keep it protected during battle. Powerful one bar charge move is ideal for a tanky mon like snorlax because it can take a lot of damage in the middle of the long duration

I really hope Bite/Hydropump Gyarados get an A.
I mean, Dragon Breath is amazing, but is Legacy and a lot of players doesn't have one combined with Hydropump.
The best for overall is Bite or Dragon Breath with Hydropump in offense.

I think the case can be made for that in a similar way DB/DC is being debated on. Bite is super fast and ideal for dodging.

Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw Dragonite is perfect, no cuestion for that, is an A Moveset.
Sad to have a Dragonite with Dragon Breath/Hyperbeam ?

Floats like a butterfly stings like a bee and still looks pretty after a battle.

Yeah that was more like Alakazam pre update w/ PC/P so sad he got nerfed n P is a 1 bar charge move.

The key is DB, not really DC. I have a 3500 CP DB/HB Dragonite and it is awesome. Destroys everything. DB charges him up so fast. I also have a 300 CP DB/HP Gyarados. Those two mons and a legacy Thundershock/Thunder Jolteon are FUN! Bite is decidedly not fun.
