I don't remember right now details about stats, but the question is: does this mon has any value as a defender, considering the description of Blissey on the new tier list?
In my opinion it was useless, but now im questioning that. What do you think about it?

It will collect the same amount of stardust and pokecoins as any other moveset on a Blissey.
IF a gym is fall it falls. With some extra CP you might force the attacker to face your blissey 1, maybe 2 extra Times but that wont stop the gym falling.
Imo unless you have around 500-1500 extra CP there is no actual Gain of having that extra CP in blisseys case.
My 3000 CP snorlax stands in a gym with a snorlax that has 2900 CP. Both are most likely going to fall at the same time. 80 vs 90% iv should render around a 150CP Dif at lvl 33. When i Did a tripple power up of my blissey (rendering around 150CP) i didnt feel it became that Big of a change
Stop focusing on CP and instead focus on the moveset
What an absurd comment. Blissey has such inflated CP that no matter the IVs it will sit at the top of gyms. And max CP difference between an 82% blissey vs a 100% - ~100 cp. Powering up an 80% is fine, I just wouldn't do this on because the moveset isn't ideal for attacking or for defending, kind of average for both thanks to Psychic.
