Should I power up this low CP / high IV Snorlax?

Over the approximately 8 months I've had this game, I've only managed to get two Snorlaxes. This one in question I found in the wild, and the other one I have is a Lick/Earthquake snorlax I hatched. I've hatched a ton of purple eggs over these many months and have only ever hatched ONE snorlax.

Anyway, that one Snorlax I found in the wild (shown in the picture) has good IVs -- 13 attack, 11 defense, and 15 stamina. He also has a very optimal moveset in ZH/HB. However, obviously since he is very low CP, it would take a ton of investment.

But on the other hand, it's not like I expect to hatch or encounter another snorlax anytime soon. My luck with Snorlaxes has always been bad, and the one I found in the wild was in a random area far far away from where I live that I don't expect to go back to anytime soon.

Thoughts?.

That one is definitely better to power up but since snorlax candies are hard to come by for you it won't get that high cp. you're gonna need a lot of candies to power that snorlax up to a useable cp.

If you can buddy snorlax and realy want to get him up there then go for it. it all depends on what you prioritize and what's available to you.

Save up your snorlax candies to a point where you have enough to power it to a high CP for gyms in ur area. Once you hit that amount, power it up if you haven't found a better one.

With only 38 candies you're going nowhere.
You should've walke him as buddy before Blissey came onto the scene...

Wait for the day you find a High Level one in the wild, and invest in a already high one.

Even investing all your candy right now you're not going to be anywhere near bringing him up to a useful CP. Walk for more candies before making a decision.
