Question about psychic.

Is psychic actually a bad move?
I evolved a 93.3% IV eevee and got C/P as the moves and was wondering if psychic is a bad move or if it's considered the worse out of 3?
Because if it's actually a bad move then I will be bummed for my alakazams and eggys that have psychic. But if it's just the worse out of the 3 then that means it's not really bad it's just not optimal??? Someone please explain the moves for espeon.

EDIT: I evolved an espeon. I didn't clarify that

It's still good, just not as good as Future Sight.

It is actually the worst, except that it is quite hard to dodge.

Psychic may be the worst charge move for Espeon but Espeon's worst moveset is far better than half of the other pokemon's best movesets; so use it if you still like it or until you evolve another Espeon with a better moveset.

For Espeon: for attack FS > Psychic > Psybeam and for defense Psychic is the worst.

For Blissey, i have a radical opinion: ZH/Psychic is the third best defensive moveset, after ZH or P/DG.

While the yellow flash appears only 1.3s after the text for Psychic, it happens 3.3s after the text for Hyper Beam, almost 3x more, turning Psychic much harder and risky to dodge.
If you're facing a Blissey with 1 bar move (HB or Psy), unless you're low level trainer try to dodge isnt a big problem cuz three or four dodges for the charge moves in all the battle will not "times out" you, and the chance for Psychic hitw you are big, for HB are very small. If you try to dodge all DG you are in trouble, its a two bar move so you will need to dodge 2x more and lost 2x more time dodging, thats why its the best.

I will not say this angle is bad, since some pokemons do suffer from Psychic, take an example my Crobats do. However if I bring a Exeggutor in, then I don't need to dodge it all the time (occasion dodge) in order to defeat the Blissey. Dazzing Gleam I agree is slower in casting yet hurts alot.
