Exeggutor question. Which to power up?

I'm in need of a strong grass attacker to hit water Pokemon because I've had bad luck with jolteons and have yet to get a high IV good moveset one. I have a very good venusaur with grass moves but I use it for prestiging since it has low cp. So I've been evolving exeggutors since in my area they are pretty common.
I have 4 and I don't have the dust to max all of them cause I'm saving for other Pokemon so I'm just gonna do one maaaaybbe 2. So these are the stats and moves

Cp 2124 Hp - 13, attk - 12, def - 14 with ZH and seed bomb. Cp 1648 hp - 15, attk - 13, def - 14 with ZH and psychic Cp 1645 hp - 11, attk - 15, def - 10 with ZH and seed bomb Cp 1629 hp - 15, attk - 13, def - 10 with seed bomb and solar beam

Which would make a strong grass Pokemon I can use?

If I'd had to choose one to fight against Vaporeons, it would be #4 for these reasons:
1. Only one w/ solar beam
2. it got high HP, so can last vs Vaporeons
3. It also got low CP, which may be good if you're trying to prestige.

Also, if your main concern is training, I found I can easily defeat far higher CP Vaporeons w/ my Eggies, i.e. say killing a 2500 Vaporeon w/ my 1900 Egg.

I'm assuming 4 is supposed to be Bullet Seed/Solar Beam. (You wrote Seed Bomb/Solar Beam, which is impossible.) I haven't gotten one with this moveset yet, but even though Bullet Seed has lower damage it looks like it should charge energy faster than Zen Headbutt, which should allow blasting Solar Beam sooner and more often.

Oops I didn't even realize that haha thanks for catching that. It is supposed to be bullet seed.
I was leaning more towards that one because of the double grass moves and bullet seed charging energy faster.

Do you have a legacy one with confution and SoB? If you do please max this one, fuck the IVs, that moveset is unbelievable.

Yeah, I have 2 with those moves. One is maxed out and is awesome at taking down blissey.
The other doesn't have the best IV but it's there for when I have dust to spare.

I had an Exeggcute nest for a few weeks so I am an Eggy expert. Hope this helps:

First, ZH/Seed Bomb is a really good moveset. However, the thing I loved about it was its expertise in fighting Water Pulse Vapes, which I thought were the most annoying defenders out there. Now that WP has been nerfed (and SoB jacked), I'm not using that mon as much.

Second, you're not going to go for a pure psychic against water.

Third, Bullet Seed/Solar Beam is really excellent against Vapes and Rhydons too. But...

Fourth, I am finding that Extrasensory/Solar Beam is really terrific because it it just as effective against Vapes but also hits hard against Snorlax and Blissey.

So, given your needs and inventory, #4. But keep #1 in good service because that is a great moveset (best now against Aqua Tail).

Thanks for the input. I was leaning more towards using 4 as the water and ground hitter and everyone affirmed my thoughts. Also I'll keep 1 around since it's already somewhat powered up. And do you think 2 can be used as a good generalist attacker? Since it has high IV and pure psychic moves.
