when are the grades for attacking/defending movesets going to be updated?

Untill now the only grade updated is blissey's general grade (10). It will take about a month at least.

It is much more balanced now, the differences are not that big anymore. And DPS does not matter that much, you have to dodge now, which makes short attacks better... Personally, I would not transfer any good CPs due to future changes. Now I have pretty good moves, including legacies (Gengar SC/SB), which sucked before

It took about a month in Gen 1, start looking in late march.
