Wigglytuff worth power up?

That's neither the best attacking or defending moveset, so I'd wait for one of those.

The most DPS for an attacking moveset is Pound/Hyper Beam and the most DPS for a defensive moveset is Feint Attack/Dazzling Gleam.

It's actually the best defensive and offensive moveset (i play rough to hyperbeam for bonus against dragonite and it makes everything easier to dodge as well). With almost perfect IV.

With that moveset it will be a good attacker and defender so yes it probably is worth powering it up.

That's an amazing moveset (as are the IVs)! The only hesitation I have is that at 926 CP it'll take quite a lot of candy and dust to get it to level 30 (assuming you want to take it that far). If you don't have anything else you'd rather spend dust on, this'll be a solid choice, no doubt.

Definetely! I been dying to get a wiggly with that movesets, got 4 wigglys with dazzling gleam so far..

I started with the same situation..best moves for sure as Hyperbeam is soo long. PR is so fast you often can be ready for a dodge after!
My wiggly was an egg hatch..now is now at level 29 and I have no regrets. Currently at 1786 cp/211 hp.
Unbelievable attacker against nearly any type, awesome dodging, etc.
