How many eggs to have all basics ?
Thanks to the buddy system we can evolve our pokemons even if there isn't a lot in our areas (460 km to do to obtain dragonite from my two dratinis but whatever ^^) but I currently hatched 534 eggs and I still don't have lickitung, aerodactyl and chansey so I wonder if some of you succeed to have all of the basics pokemon (available) exclusively from eggs...

It may be luck. When you get you 4th evee or 3rd onix in a row from a 10k egg you start to question if it's truly random or not though. The chances are very slim of that happening.
I've had 9 5ks going and 4 ended up being krabbys. I wish a mathematician would give me the exact odds of that happening.
But eggs are not random. They are influenced by the area that you pick them up.
Eggs that I pick up at home are more often desert climate pokemon. Eggs that I pick up near the beach are more often water climate pokemon. All of the Dratinis that I have hatched from eggs have been from Santa Monica or Long Beach, which are locations where Dratini naturally spawn periodically. If you receive all of your eggs in the same area, then they will all be influenced in a similar matter to each other.
Have you checked the locations for your multiple Eevee and Onix hatched from eggs?
halo effect
The halo effect, notoriety effect or contamination effect is a cognitive bias that affects the perception of people or brands. It is an interpretation and selective perception of information along the lines of a first impression is sought to confirm ( "he only sees what he wants to see"). It has been demonstrated empirically by Edward Thorndike in 1920 and shown by Solomon Asch in 1946 . A deemed positive feature about a person or a community tends to make more positive the other characteristics of that person, even without knowing (and vice versa for a negative characteristic). This effect could for example have a role in such phenomena as racism.
And Clifford (1975) was able to show that people were considered more intelligent than others based solely on their physical attractiveness.
This also applies to trademarks. A study [ref. desired] image requested the mid-1960s consumers to designate the German manufacturers producing the best gramophones. This was the name of Grundig which came first even though never Grundig had made of gramophones.
This effect is particularly evident in the fact that responses to an item on a questionnaire are induced by the previous answers, for consistency.
It was speculated early on that eggs were not completely random and were partly affected based on region. That seems to conform with my hatchings, although I haven't been extensively checking them so it could just be confirmation bias. All I can say is whenever I come back from the beach, I hatch a lot more water pokemon than usual over the next couple days.
I also thought that region exclusives not hatching from eggs outside their region was also further evidence for this.
If this has been proven not to be then case, then just say that. Don't just post a straight copy-paste from wikipedia and then not write anything to explain the context and how it relates to the topic.
I got chansey and aerodactyl so long ago ( when I was below level 10 ) I can't remember if I hatched or caught them. At the time I didn't realise they were rare. Never seen them since in egg or sightings.
Caught Hitmonchan at a lure and hitmonlee in the wild. Next day after catching Hitmonlee I hatched one lol.
Caught 1 porygon and hatched 1. Never seen a Tangela in the wild but have hatched 1. Same with licktung hatched 1 but never seen in the wild.
Caught 2 Lapras funnily enough both on the same day and both with CP in the 900s though sadly. Caught 1 Snorlax.
Yeah I thought porygon was the rarest 5k egg but I finally got 2, then I thought Tangela was but I now have 5 of them... I only miss lickintung in 5k eggs but I never hatched/saw one.
I only have one lapras and one snorlax and they are coming from eggs.
Hitmonlee is the rarest (and only rare, not counting eevees) I found in the wild, but then I hatched one....
