Be wary of straight up DPS calculations.

That website rates Confusion-Future Sight Alakazam as the best available; however, you're going to faint so quickly if you are using Confusion Alakazam because he won't be able to dodge effectively. Same with their rank of DT-Outrage dragonite -- DT has a much longer cooldown than the legacy Dragon Breath, and while the DPS is slightly higher, you are more susceptible to taking damage from the opponent's quick moves (and god forbid charge attacks).

You have to take raw DPS calculations with a grain of salt because they don't necessarily reflect real-world gym battle scenarios. As to the above, I would definitely prefer Psycho Cut - Future Sight Alakazam or a DB-DC Dragonite, and I guarantee I could put out more damage with these mons than the so-called "optimal" versions that only go by raw DPS calculations.

This is why you need to account for more factors than just raw damage. Dodging, move cooldowns, common opponents, counters, etc. are all things you need to consider when you are evaluating what the optimal moveset is for any given pokemon in a specific role.
