I just caught a 98% Dratini
So with wich moves would you power up Dragonite?

Dt and Ourtrage best choice, and Dt with hurricane

Right now, Dragon Tail/Outrage for offensive and Steel Wing/Outrage defensive.

Actually, DT-Outrage is better for defense also. Basically Dragonite is a one-moveset pokemon right now. Unless you've got legacy DB movesets, Dragon Tail + Outrage is the moveset you want.

DT-Hurricane is also good offensively, but it's not as good as DT-Outrage or DB-DC (when dodging).

For defense, I would say DT + Outrage is the best, followed by Steel Wing + Dragon Claw (legacy) and the other DT movesets.

Yeah, they butchered Steel Wing for defense.

DC for defense is now a blast, just like Body Slam.

DC is basically OP for offense and defense right now. All my legacy SW-DC Dragonites are much better at defending gyms than they were prior to Gen2 update, and DB-DC is so agile and provides comparable DPS to the Dragon Tail movesets without dodging, and provides the highest overall DPS when dodging all the defender's quick moves.
