Dragonite Movesets Opinions!!
Finally I got a Dragonite with Dragon Tail / Hurricane, but in the gym my dragonites with Dragon breath / Dragon claw and Dragon breath / Dragon pulse look better than DT/Hurricane, specially dodging attacks and getting energy faster for the charge moves, so what is the best movesets for attack ?? Really I need to know this!

The DPS number for charge moves only measures how much damage the attack does during the cooldown, so a better way to evaluate charge moves is Damage Per Energy.
Hurricane 110 damage / 100 energy = 1.1
Outrage 220 damage / 100 energy = 2.2
If you want to put stock in a DPS number, it should be "cycle DPS" for a combination of quick move + charge move. But it's also important to consider the cooldowns of quick and charge moves for the purposes of dodging. Mons like Dragonite don't have a ton of bulk, so if you aren't dodging you aren't going to be nearly as effective taking down gyms. This is why theoretical DPS isn't the be all end all of which moveset is the best for a particular mon.
As someone who has used every dragonite moveset extensively in gym battles - including DT/Outrage I evolved this morning - I would say his list isn't that far off. I prefer HB to DP, but otherwise I'd say his rankings are pretty close.
DB legacy movesets > DT movesets. I like DT-Outrage for defense, and for straight up DPS, but DB-DC is better and DB/DP is pretty close.
Yes, it does perform better when dodging everything. A few seconds better, which is significant in terms of pokemon DPS.
I have noticed that I prefer DT-OR against Blissey, where dodging all the quick moves isn't necessarily practical. Just make sure you don't eat a DG during the Outrage cooldown or you're going to be sorry. This isn't an issue with DB-DC.
