Dragonite moveset.

How bad is Dragon Tail/Outrage ? Worth powering up? I live in an area where there are no dratini....Got my First one now at lvl30. Cheers

Well I think DT/Hurricane os the best offensive moveset. Hurricane has higher DPS and lower EPS, Outrage for me is even worse than Hyper Beam.

You're very welcome to think whatever you like mate, but Outrage is where it's at. The gap between 1st and 2nd with Nite movesets has widened.

2 x Outrages in a row from a Nite is like getting hit by a freight train from both sides of the track.

Arguably best new moveset for Dragonite.

In a straight DPS race, it's the best moveset for Dragonite and it's clearly the #1 defensive moveset. But if you like to dodge everything when attacking gyms, DB/DC is still superior.

If you don't mind soaking up damage while you attack, then DT-Outrage is the best DPS; however, in real-world battle scenarios where dodging is important, DB is still preferable.
