My best was pulling into a parking lot to get a gym and having a Snorlax Pop that was Level 28 (2459) with 39/45 IVs. Granted its got Earthquake, but it happily sits on gyms for me with no investment.
My worst, was before the recent driving changes a buddy and I saw a Lapras on radar. Drove Around until we found the parking lot it was in. (He was driving I was playing 2 phones) Only for it be Level 3 (207 CP) with 22/45 IVs and Dragon Breath. His was very similiar.
My best happened on Wednesday this week. I caught a level 23 Snorlax at 2028 CP, my first Snorlax, with ivs (atk/def/hp) (15/13/13). 91.1%, lick, body slam.
My worst is probably my 114 wild vaporeon lol.
2073 after 1st power up and now walking him to power up more. Hoping to hatch one as that would speed up the process a lot :p
