Lapras Water Gun

Hatched a Lapras with Water Gun / Blizzard. Any benefits to powering up this one with the candy I got over my existing Lapras with dual Ice moves (FB/BL), which I use to attack Dragonites? Leaning towards just powering up my Dual Ice Lapras more unless there is some better use for my new "water" one.

Double ice is better. Why would you ever use this Lapras over a double ice Lapras or a Vaporeon?

Thought about that too, but since the nerf... none of my Lapras can stay in gyms anymore. I had them close to 2600, and they were brought down to 2200+ CP... sonofa!!!

I just hatched a similar Lapras. I guess I'll keep him as prestigers against 3000+ CP dragonite..
