I don't see any issues with Skarmory, has good enough stats.

I caught one with Airslash/Sky Attack.

Haven't had the chance to use it in battle yet but it seems to be the defensive move set.

Steelwing is more offensive.

The one flying pokemon that actually gets STAB for the ubiquitous Steel Wing.

True story.

Hatched one with steel wing and sky attack. Very good for building Prestige because it resists so many types of common defenders.

I caught one the other day prestiging on a gengar and its pretty badazz. Bravebird is a MONSTER!!!
