Blissey
I evolved a 84% Chancey into a Blissey. She get the worst moveset for defence (Pound, Psychic) and CP 1806. Should I power her up? I dont have candys to make another one.

Encounting something that you personally didnt encounter does not make that person a showoff, it maker you a hater. Everyone uses some type of tracker to see the general area of Pokémon. Are you going to sit there and tell me you never used Silphroad to see where the nests are and what they changed to after every migration? Silphroad is a tracker and almost everyone uses it so that's allot of hate you will have to share among those "cheaters".
Besides Silphroad and forums no trackers that I know of works after the update due to capacha and IP bans on scanners or apps like poketracker so even if a trainer tracks it they can't catch a Pokémon due to the soft ban being longer than the spawn timer.
After hatching nine 10K eggs on Sunday I managed to get nine more 10k eggs by Wednesday. Are you going to hate and say I used a tracker to get those too?
You don't know how much hours trainers put into the game daily or distance they travel to cover pokestops so when they encounter something rare and share it, it does not automatically make them a cheater because you don't have the same encounter rate as them.
