Consistently bad iv
I've been sitting around a Bulbasaur nest and I've found that 0 out of around the total 100 or so that I've caught had an iv above 80,this is fairly frustrating to me as I've read that there's a 6.5 percent chance to get a Pokemon above 80% IV, is this just me? I thought every IV had an equal chance, perhaps is deviated towards lower stats?

Anecdotally, I catch eevees with abnormally high IVs (80%+ is not uncommon) but starters with abnormally low IVs (most under 50% perfection). This is based on less than 20 of each and I haven't run any statistical tests. But it seems reasonable to hypothesize that each species will have a different IV distribution.
